How X-Raye Home handles what you upload.
Device-first document storage
Estimate files and report details are kept in your browser for the X-Rayes saved on this device. We do not sell your files or use them as contractor leads. Account, payment, access, and limited service-analytics records may be stored securely so purchases, memberships, and support can work across visits.
What the AI review receives
To produce a report, the contents of the files you upload and the answers you type are sent securely to our AI service for analysis. They are used to generate your report and are not used to advertise to you or sold to contractors.
Deleting a project
Deleting an item from “My X-Rayes” removes its locally saved files and report from this device. Account, purchase, membership, and required transaction records may remain where needed to provide access, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and support refunds.
Independence
X-Raye Home does not sell leads and is not paid by contractors. Nothing in a report is influenced by a commercial relationship with anyone quoting your job.
